UNITED STATES - Bridal, and smaller derby hats shipping within the United States will be shipped via UPS ground service at a flat rate of $10. Larger derby hats ship for $15.
Some small accessories ship for $5.

East Coast, 2-3 business days
Mid-West, 3-4 business days
West Coast and South West, 5-7 business days
Western Europe, 5-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL - bridal headpieces will be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS with the following destinations / flat rate shipping rates:
Mexico, Canada, most of Central and South America and most of Europe

$45 - large derby hats
Rest of the world
$40 - bridal headpieces
$25 - small accessories
At the moment Derby hats can only ship to Europe, North and South America. Kits can only ship to USA.

Genevieve Rose Atelier cannot ship to APO / FPO, PO boxes.
New York sales taxes of 8.875% are applicable for orders shipping within New York State and are calculated at checkout.
International orders, once at their destination, may be subject to customs clearance and fees which may add to delivery time. Genevieve Rose Atelier is not responsible for taxes or duties on international orders.
Some derby hats and most bridal accessories in sample colors and sizes (as shown on the product page) are in stock and ready to ship.
Pieces usually ship within 48 hours of an order being placed.
Most derby hats are handmade to order by Genevieve to the highest standards. Production times are typically 1-2 weeks but please refer to each product for a guide to production times.
Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Genevieve loves working on custom orders and almost all of our hats and headpieces can be custom made in different colors and sizes, and often with a different trim.

We understand shopping on the internet is difficult! We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, please follow the return request process:
- let us know a soon as you can of your intention to return your piece
Email email@example.com for a return request and to receive return address. In your email please state your item, order number and the reason for your return.
- Please drop your return in the mail within 7 days of you receiving the item.
- All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new. Bridal pieces must also include all original packaging in perfect condition.
Genevieve Rose Atelier reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Genevieve Rose Atelier cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the seven day time frame outlined above.
Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, by your original payment method, less original shipping costs, typically within 48 hours of receiving the return.
Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order, except where outlined above.
We regret we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to order or customized or DIY kit boxes that have been opened.
SALE ITEMS reduced 50% or greater are not returnable
