Shipping and Returns


UNITED STATES - Bridal, summer, winter and derby hats shipping within the United States will be shipped via UPS ground service at a flat rate of $10.

For Derby hats only you can upgrade shipping to include a premium hat sotrage box for $30. 

INTERNATIONAL -  bridal, summer and winter hat orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS for a flat rate of $30.

At the moment Derby hats can only ship to Europe, North and South America for a flat rate of $30.

If you do not see your country listed in the shipping options please contact us. 

Genevieve Rose Atelier cannot ship to APO / FPO, PO boxes. 


Sales tax is applicable relevant to your location and is calculated at check out. 

International orders, once at their destination, may be subject to customs clearance which may add to delivery time. Genevieve Rose Atelier is not responsible for taxes or duties on international orders. 


Each Genevieve Rose Atelier piece is handmade to order by Genevieve to the highest standards. Please refer to each product for a guide to production times. 

Shipping time is in addition to production time. 


If color matching to your outfit is required we recommend sending a sample swatch of fabric for the most accurate match. Please contact Genevieve for further information. 



We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, please follow the return request process:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please email for a return request. In your email please state your item, order number and specify the reason for your return.

- All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new. Bridal pieces must also include all original packaging in perfect condition.

Genevieve Rose Atelier reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense. 

Genevieve Rose Atelier cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the seven day time frame outlined above.

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, by your original payment method, less original shipping costs.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.

We regret we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to order or customized.
