Refund policy

Each Genevieve Rose Atelier piece is handmade to order in the New York studio to the highest standards. We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, please follow the return request process:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item. Please email genevieve@genevieveroseatelier.com for a return request. In your email please state your item, order number and specify the reason for your return.

- All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new. Bridal pieces must also include all original packaging in perfect condition.

Genevieve Rose Atelier reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Genevieve Rose Atelier cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the seven day time frame outlined above.

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, by your original payment method, less original shipping costs.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.

We regret we are unable to offer returns on products that have been made to order or customized.
